DISCUSSION...

Wind chills of 15 to 25 below zero are expected tonight into Friday
morning. The coldest readings are expected generally north of
I-80 and along and west of the Fox River Valley.

  Limited Ice Jam Flooding Risk.
Saturday...
  Limited Excessive Cold Risk.

A threat for localized river ice jam flooding will continue

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  20 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast
  Illinois.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
