DISCUSSION...

Freezing drizzle will come to an end prior to daybreak, but
untreated paved surfaces and side walks will remain icy through
mid morning. Some areas of fog will also persist early this
morning before improving.

...Icy Conditions Linger This Morning...

Freezing precipitation has ended across the area. However,
untreated sidewalks and paved surfaces will remain icy until
temperatures warm above freezing later this morning. Pedestrians
and motorists should thus continue to exercise caution. Be
prepared for slippery roads, and watch out for icy stairs,
sidewalks, and driveways that could increase your risk of a fall
and injury.

Conditions will improve later this morning as temperatures climb
through the 30s and winds increase.
