Low temperatures this morning are in the single digits above and below zero with northwest winds of 10 to 15 MPH is resulting in wind chills in the teens below zero west of the Mississippi River. Wind chills late Thursday night into Friday morning will be in the teens below zero north of Interstate 80 and single digits below zero to the south. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY Another storm system is forecast to move across the area Friday night through Saturday. A wintry mix of precipitation is possible south of a Fairfield to Galesburg line with accumulating snow to the north. Minimum wind chill values Saturday night and Sunday night are forecast to drop to 10 below to 20 below. The coldest wind chill values are expected north of Interstate 80. The coldest wind chills are occurring west of the Mississippi River this morning with values as cold as 20 below possible with chills as cold as 10 below east of the river.
