zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Arctic cold will continue through Thursday across the area. Cold
weather headlines are in effect for much of the area Wednesday
morning, for wind chills of 15 to 25 below zero.

The probability is high that cold weather headlines will be
needed for much of the area Wednesday night into Thursday
morning.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
  Illinois, east central and southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
