Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches appear likely, mainly north of Highway 30 where a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued. Snow covered and slippery roads are likely. Tonight, gusty north winds may lead to some blowing snow. Travel tonight may be impacted by the blowing snow. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY Wind chills in the teens below zero can be expected Sunday through Wednesday, mainly during the night and early morning hours. The area of concern for the coldest wind chills will be mainly northwest of a Cedar Rapids to Dubuque line. Colder air will spread into the area Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with wind chills below zero across the whole outlook area. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
