There is a Slight (level 2 out of 5) Risk for severe storms Wednesday afternoon and evening along and east of a line from Dubuque to Tipton. Damaging winds, heavy rain, and a low risk for tornadoes will be the primary threats. There will be periodic chances of thunderstorms Thursday through Sunday.
