This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Snow will continue at times into midday. The heavier snow will be
east of the Illinois River, with additional amounts of 1 to 2 inches.
North winds gusting around 25 mph will cause some blowing and
drifting snow, especially on west east oriented roads.

Bitterly cold wind chills return tonight, dropping to as cold as 25
below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Overnight and morning wind chills near 15 below will be common the
rest of the upcoming week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight. However,
snowfall measurements would be greatly appreciated.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.

* WHERE...Marshall, Mason, McLean, Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford,
  Fulton, and Schuyler Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing and drifting
  snow will be possible today especially in rural areas.
