This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois and southeast Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a 50% chance of thunderstorms late tonight. These storms
are unlikely to become severe (less than a 5% chance), however they
may produce heavy rain leading to localized flooding in urban or low
lying areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms will develop along a cold front Wednesday afternoon.
Damaging wind gusts, large hail, and a few tornadoes are each risks.

A period of hot and humid weather is expected by the end of the
week. High temperatures in the lower to mid 90s will create heat
index values in excess of 100 degrees each afternoon Saturday
through Monday. This will increase the risk for related illness for
those without effective cooling, especially for sensitive
individuals.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
