This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

The heat index may reach near or into the triple digits this
afternoon in southeast Missouri, southwest Kentucky, and far
southwest Illinois.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The heat index may reach into or near the triple digits again Wednesday
afternoon in parts of southeast Missouri, southwest Kentucky, and
far southwest Illinois.

Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast Friday into the
weekend. Heavy rain and lightning will be the primary storm
hazards.
