This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Fire danger will be heightened today due to low humidity and
gusty winds within a drying fuels environment. A Red Flag Warning
has been issued for portions of the southeast Missouri Ozarks,
refer to it for precise details.

Wind gusts up to 35 mph are forecast today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Winds strengthen even moreso Wednesday, with gusts up to and
potentially over 40 mph anticipated. Fire danger will also be
heightened, especially across southeast Missouri, where little or
no precipitation is expected.

Thunderstorms are forecast again Wednesday, and there is potential
for some strong to severe storms Wednesday afternoon and evening.
All modes of severe weather will be possible.

A risk of severe weather may develop again next Sunday.
