This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Maximum afternoon heat index values will be near 100 degrees
across southeast Missouri.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Heavy rain, a few thunderstorms and gusty winds appear to be the
primary hazards on Tuesday and Tuesday Night as remnants of
Cristobal are forecast to move through the outlook area. At this
time, rainfall amounts of two to three inches are possible along
and west of the Mississippi River into southeast Missouri.
Isolated higher amounts cannot be ruled out. In addition, gusty
winds of 30 to 40 mph or higher will also be possible Tuesday with
the remnants of Cristobal.


Spotter activation is not anticipated.
