This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms are possible through tonight, with the
better chances across western Kentucky. While a locally strong
storm cannot be ruled out, the main impacts with any storm
activity should be locally heavy rain and lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Scattered thunderstorms are forecast on Thursday. There is a
slight risk that some of the thunderstorms could become severe
from late morning into the afternoon, with damaging winds and hail
the main concerns.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Saturday afternoon into
Saturday night and again on Tuesday. Lightning and locally heavy
rain will be the primary storm-related hazards.


Spotter activation may be requested on Thursday.
