This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Accumulating snow is expected tonight across much of the region. The
most significant accumulations are expected across southeast
Missouri, where a Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 AM
Wednesday.

A cold weather advisory is in effect in parts of central and
northeast Missouri where minimum wind chill values of -10 to -15
degrees are forecast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wind chills will reach dangerous levels at times throughout the
week, with the lowest and most widespread dangerous wind chills
likely Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Another cold weather
advisory is in effect, this time areawide.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any snowfall amounts (especially
storm total amounts late tonight and early Wednesday morning) to the
National Weather Service.

  commutes.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central
  Illinois and east central, northeast, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Wednesday to noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
