  The Des Plaines River at River Forest, or from Irving Park Road in
  Chicago downstream to Roosevelt Road in Forest Park.
* until Tuesday afternoon.
* At  400 PM Sunday the stage was 13.9 feet.
* Action stage is 13.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain steady near 13.9 feet through
  early Monday.

  Des Plaines River at Lincolnshire affecting Lake County
  Des Plaines River near Des Plaines affecting Cook County

  Prospect Heights downstream to Irving Park Road in Chicago.
* until late Tuesday night.
* At  345 PM Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Central Avenue and Golf Road are threatened
  in Des Plaines.

Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are possible across the area tonight.
Severe weather is not expected, but some locally heavy rainfall
will be possible with any storms.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday and Tuesday...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
  Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
  High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There will be daily chances of scattered thunderstorms amidst
warm and humid conditions on Monday and Tuesday, with the
potential for somewhat higher coverage by Wednesday and Thursday.
Any thunderstorms will be capable of producing gusty winds and
brief heavy downpours.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:
