This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited Thunderstorm Risk mainly late tonight.
  Limited Flooding Risk late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

An area of rain and some embedded thunderstorms will develop late
tonight. Severe weather is not expected, but some storms could
produce locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
  Limited Flooding Risk.
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
     Level 1 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk south of a La Salle to
     Rensselaer line.

DISCUSSION...

Rain and a few thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall will
continue on Tuesday.

A few strong to severe storms are possible Tuesday afternoon,
mainly south of a La Salle to Rensselaer line, although there is
uncertainty regarding storm development at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION TONIGHT:

  Moving toward the north around 35 mph.
