Limited Excessive Cold Risk during the morning and at night. Limited Snow Risk south of I-80. Wednesday morning... Limited Excessive Cold Risk. Sunday night... Limited Excessive Cold Risk. DISCUSSION... A period of snow late tonight through tomorrow morning could produce up to 1 inch of snow south of Interstate 80. Cold temperatures will continue to promote sub-zero wind chills through Wednesday morning.
