...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 20 below
  zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central and
  west central Indiana.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Outlook: Bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills. Refreezing of
some surfaces possible overnight with black ice.

Hazards: Subzero low temperatures. Dangerous wind chills as low as
-20 to -15F. Icy and snow covered roads in spots.

Timing: Coldest wind chills through the night.

Discussion: Arctic high pressure will reside across the region
tonight. The coldest temperatures of the season are expected
overnight. Any melting of ice or snow that occurred today due to the
sun will refreeze quickly overnight. Black ice is possible in spots
late tonight and early Monday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Outlook: Very cold temperatures will continue on Monday with wind
chills well below zero in the morning. Slick roads will continue,
especially on untreated roads on Monday morning.

A wintry mix, including freezing rain, may develop briefly on Tuesday
afternoon over the northern Wabash Valley before changing to rain.
Light snow is possible Wednesday with little to no accumulation.

Much colder temperatures will return for late week into next weekend
with additional chances for snow.

Discussion: Arctic high pressure will continue into early this
week with bitterly cold air. Additional chances for precipitation
are possible through the week and into the weekend. After a brief
warmup Tuesday into early Wednesday...much colder air will return
into next weekend.

Spotter activation is not expected.
