...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Indiana, including the following
  counties, Delaware and Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 758 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Farmland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Through Tonight.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will move in this afternoon and
continue into tonight. Some storms will produce heavy rain, which
could lead to localized flooding. Lightning is a threat with any
storm.

Isolated strong to severe storms will be possible this afternoon and
evening, mainly along and south of I-74. Damaging wind gusts will be
the primary severe threat.

Areas of fog will be possible late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Areas of fog possible during Monday morning commute.

Thunderstorms are possible at times this week week.

Lightning and locally heavy rain will be the primary threats with
storms into next week.

Spotters are encouraged to report any locally heavy rain and gusty
winds today.
