...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Kentucky...Indiana...Illinois...Missouri...

  Ohio River at Newburgh Dam, Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam,
  Shawneetown, Olmsted Lock and Dam, and Cairo.


.River levels are falling, or will begin to fall within the next 24
hours, along the Ohio River. All points are forecast to fall below
flood stage by Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 20.3 feet Sunday,
    April 09.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

There is a strong risk for severe thunderstorms on Friday across
the entire quad-state region.. The risk is highest over southeast
Missouri and western Kentucky. Rain and clouds may prevent
sufficient instability for storms, but if not, tornadoes,
damaging winds, and large hail will all be possible. Significant
tornadoes are possible with the strongest storms. The most likely
time for severe weather would be between 3 and 10 pm.

Severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday and Wednesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotters and emergency management groups should prepare for
activation Friday afternoon and evening.
