The risk is highest over southeast Missouri and western Kentucky. Rain and clouds may prevent sufficient instability for storms, but if not, tornadoes, damaging winds, and large hail will all be possible. Significant tornadoes are possible with the strongest storms. The most likely time for severe weather would be between 3 and 10 pm.
