The main concern with strong or severe storms is damaging winds, along with lightning and localized heavy rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are forecast Thursday into Thursday evening. There is a Marginal Risk of severe storms from Du Quoin Illinois to Carmi to along and north of Interstate 64 in southwest Indiana. Damaging winds will be the primary concern, along with lightning and brief heavy rain.
