This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

As of 5 AM MST, snow has ended across the Tri-State area and skies
are rapidly clearing from northwest to southeast. Dangerous travel
conditions associated with snow covered roads will persist for
several hours after sunrise. With sunny skies, road conditions are
expected to improve as temperatures rise later this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

A quick-hitting low pressure system will affect the Tri-State area
late this weekend. Heavy precipitation and strong northerly winds
will be possible in association with this system, mainly on Sunday.
At this range, further details cannot be determined with confidence.
