This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A mixture of primarily light rain and freezing rain is expected
to move into parts of our area mid-to-late afternoon, lasting
through early Saturday morning before ending from west-to-east.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued along and east of
Highway 281, where at least a light glaze of ice is most likely to
develop and cause slippery roads and sidewalks. Please refer to
the Advisory statement for more information.

In addition to the threat for light icing, areas of fog, some
possibly dense, could also plague much of our area tonight into
Saturday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A wintry mix of primarily rain and freezing rain continues to be
possible into early Saturday morning.

A Winter Weather Advisory continues to be in effect into Saturday
morning.

Areas of fog may impact portions of the area Saturday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any hazardous travel conditions
from icy roads that might occur Friday afternoon into Saturday
morning.
