This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Areas of dense fog will impact portions of central and eastern
Kansas through mid morning. Visibility may be reduced to 1/4 mile or
less at times.

Very high fire danger is expected for areas along and south of
Highway 56. There is the potential for extreme fire danger
conditions developing between 4 PM and 6 PM along and west of a
line from Hutchinson to Anthony.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across southeast Kansas
late Thursday night into Friday morning. Large hail is the primary
concern.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT today.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
