This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Thunderstorms may move into southern central Kansas and central
Kansas this evening. If thunderstorms do form, strong to severe
storms will be possible, with quarter size hail and 60 mph the main
concerns.

Heat indices values will approach 100 in portions of south central
Kansas through early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Heat index values of 100 to 103 will be possible across much of
central, south central, and southeast Kansas on Friday afternoon.

Thunderstorms will be possible from late Monday through Tuesday
night. At this time it is too early to tell whether they will be
strong or severe.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.
