This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

 Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Low humidity and west winds around 10 to 15 mph will continue the
elevated fire risk into the late evening and overnight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Rain chances return Saturday night with 60 to 90% chance of
showers and thunderstorms. There is a low chance (5%) for an
isolated strong to severe thunderstorm Saturday night along and
north of Highway 60. This will mainly be for large hail up to the
size of ping pongs, though wind gusts up to 60 mph will also be
possible.

Elevated fire risk persist until at least Tuesday with modest
winds and relative humidity hovering between 20 and 35 percent
each day.
