This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A couple of strong to severe storms are possible early this morning
in Neosho and Labette Counties. The main threat will be gusty winds
up to 60mph. See the latest Severe Thunderstorm Watch for details.

Thunderstorms may be possible again this evening across both
southern Kansas and central Kansas. If thunderstorms do form they
could be strong to severe, with quarter size hail and 60 mph winds
as the main threats.

Heat indices values will approach 100 in portions of south central
Kansas this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Heat index values up to 103 will be possible across much of central,
south central, and southeast Kansas on Friday afternoon.

Thunderstorms will be possible from late Monday through Tuesday
night. Details will become more clear over the next few days.

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
