This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited excessive heat risk.


Heat index values in the mid and upper 90s will be possible this
afternoon for areas west of Highway 65.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Heat index values will reach the middle 90s to low 100s in some
locations Sunday and Monday afternoons.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase Monday
afternoon and continue through Wednesday morning. One to two
inches of widespread rainfall will be possible through Wednesday,
with isolated amounts up to three inches.


  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
