This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated excessive cold risk.

DISCUSSION...

A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for tonight into Tuesday
morning as temperatures are expected to fall into the single
digits above and below zero. Winds will increase overnight
allowing wind chills to make temperatures feel like 5 to 15
degrees below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Excessive cold will continue through Tuesday before temperatures
moderate through mid to late week. Expect highs in the teens and
twenties and lows in the single digits, with daytime wind chills
in the single digits to teens and nightly wind chills as low as
-10 to 0 degrees.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
