This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited lightning risk.
  Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

An isolated strong thunderstorm through this morning across
portions of central Missouri, with activity dissipating by mid to
late morning to the east.

Localized areas of elevated fire risk this afternoon across
portions of southeast Kansas. Northwesterly wind gusts around 20
to 30 mph with minimum relative humidity values around 25 to 30
percent.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Elevated fire risk persists through Monday and Tuesday with breezy
conditions and relative humidity values around 25 to 35 percent.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
