This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited lightning risk.
  Limited excessive heat risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk


A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will remain possible
over south central Missouri today. Lightning will be the primary

Light winds and a clearing sky will increase dense fog potential
into the early daylight hours today.

Some heat index values in the lower to middle 90s will be possible
this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Heat index values in the middle 90s are likely through the rest
of the week and into the weekend.


  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
