...Potential for heavy rainfall and flooding of low-lying areas
increasing late Wednesday through Thursday...

Where: This includes Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, Western
Kentucky, and Southwest Indiana

When: From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday evening

What: The remnants of Tropical Storm Zeta will combine with a
powerful storm system moving east from the southern Plains. Storm
total rainfall amounts from 2 to 4 inches are possible, which would
create potential flooding problems in low lying and poorly drained
urban areas.
