Isolated light snow showers will be possible in the Bluegrass
region today, and could put down a very light dusting in a few
spots.

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures and wind chills. Minimum wind chills
  will dip into the 0 to 10 below range.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana and east central, north
  central, northwest, and south central Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
  prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
