Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible across southern Kentucky through this evening. Brief heavy rainfall and cloud to ground lightning will be the main hazards. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms will become more widespread Sunday. Heavy rainfall and lightning will continue to be the main threats. Storm chances will remain through at least Thursday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY: Storms will move SSE at 5 to 10 mph.
