* WHERE...Cumberland River at Williamsburg.
* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flooding threatens low lying roads and
structures.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 14.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after
midnight tonight and continue to rise to a crest of 21.5 feet
Monday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
