* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
  Ohio and Switzerland, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone,
  Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason,
  Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in
  Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton,
  Highland, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rain will become more scattered through the morning hours.
    The ground is saturated in many areas and so any heavier
    rainfall could lead to flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 206 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch
    are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Covington, Florence, Independence, Erlanger, Edgewood,
    Alexandria, Elsmere, Fort Mitchell, Highland Heights, Taylor
