...SLICK ROADS AND COLD CONDITIONS THIS MORNING...

Accumulating snow has come to an end, but blowing snow and cold
conditions will result in lingering slick conditions into the
morning commute. Additionally, temperatures dropping into the
teens combine with winds of 10 to 15 mph to create wind chill
values between 0 and 5 degrees.
