This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Near or sub-freezing temperatures along with areas of frost are
possible in the valleys late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Near or sub-freezing temperatures along with areas of frost are
possible early on Wednesday morning.

Near or sub-freezing temperatures along with areas of frost will be
likely in the valleys late Wednesday tonight.

A strong low pressure system will bring thunderstorm chances mainly
along and north of the Mountain Parkway Friday morning and afternoon,
and across the remainder of Eastern Kentucky Friday evening into
early Saturday as a cold front moves through the area.

Strong southwesterly wind gusts are expected to develop behind the
low pressure system on Saturday. Wind gusts may near or exceed 40
mph.

The threat of frost will return Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Warmer and more unsettled weather returns next week with the renewed
threat for thunderstorms at times on Monday and Tuesday.
