This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central
Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest
Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Isolated showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible late
this afternoon across portions of East Texas, before spreading and
increasing across the remainder of the region tonight. In
addition, patchy fog may develop and spread north into portions
of East Texas late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

Isolated to scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will be
possible across the region Saturday and Sunday, before increasing
Sunday night and Monday morning ahead of a strong cold front and

possibly severe thunderstorms will exist across much of the region
Sunday evening through early Monday morning, with heavy rainfall
possible as well before diminishing with the passage of the front.
Additional showers and thunderstorms will be possible Tuesday
afternoon through late Wednesday as the front works back north and
becomes stationary over portions of East or Southeast Texas and
North Louisiana, and additional upper level disturbances approach
the area from the west.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of emergency management personnel, amateur radio
operators, and storm spotters will not be needed through tonight.
