This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Louisiana, northwest Louisiana, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Temperatures will climb into the mid and upper 90s across Lower East
Texas and North Louisiana. When combined with the humidity, heat
indices will range from 100 to 105 degrees. In addition, isolated
showers and thunderstorms may develop tonight over the area, as
an upper level disturbance moves into the region.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain
possible Wednesday through Monday, primarily over extreme Eastern
Texas and North Louisiana as a series of upper level disturbances
move through these areas. Isolated strong storms can not be ruled
out, with locally gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall possible.
In addition, afternoon temperatures will climb into the mid and
upper 90s each day. When combined with the humidity, heat indices
will range from 100 to 105 degrees.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of emergency management personnel...amateur radio
operators...and storm spotters will not be needed through tonight.
