...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON CST TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and Mississippi, including
  the following counties and parishes, in southeast Louisiana,
  Northern St. Tammany, Southeast St. Tammany, Southwestern St.
  Tammany and Washington. In Mississippi, Hancock, Harrison,
  Jackson, Pearl River and Walthall.

* WHEN...From Noon CST today through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts
    expected in the watch area.
