western Massachusetts, southern Vermont, Mohawk Valley, Schoharie
Valley, eastern Catskills, Capital Region and northern Taconics.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM MONDAY TO 7 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Vermont, northwestern Connecticut,
  western Massachusetts, Catskills, Schoharie Valley, Mohawk
  Valley, Capital Region and northern Taconics.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will also be dropping quickly
  in the afternoon hours to below freezing toward sunset. Standing
  water will freeze.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
