...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS CONTINUE FOR BERKSHIRE AND
LITCHFIELD COUNTY...

The prolonged period of dry weather coupled with a very dry ground
will continue to result in elevated fire weather concerns on
Tuesday. While minimum relative humidity values range between 50
and 65 percent, the combination of gusty winds and dry conditions
are the primary fire weather concerns for Tuesday. Wind gusts
during the late afternoon hours are forecasted to be between 15
and 25 mph.

Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition sources.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
