This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Connecticut, all of
Massachusetts east of Berkshire County, and Rhode Island.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Widespread rain with embedded heavier showers and thunderstorms are
forecast for early Wednesday morning. The main threat being localized
street flooding for the AM commute.

But in addition, a low risk exists for an isolated, embedded severe
thunderstorm. Potential threats for a damaging wind gust or two as
well as a brief tornado.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.


Embedded, isolated severe weather threats continue into the early
morning hours, clearing out towards midday.

Behind this weather, renewed thunderstorm activity is possible. A few
strong to severe thunderstorms emerging, there are the threats of
locally strong to damaging winds and brief heavy rain / localized
street flooding.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
