...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 6 inches or more, along with ice
  accumulations of up to four tenths of an inch, are possible.

* WHERE...Northern Connecticut, northern Rhode Island and all of
  Massachusetts east of the Berkshires except for the south
  coast, Cape and islands.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are likely
  due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
to monitor the latest forecasts.

Rhode Island, and all of Massachusetts east of the Berkshires except

Cold air pouring in from Canada will bring below-zero wind chills
Sunday night and Monday. Any remaining untreated wet surfaces will
