In northern Maryland, Baltimore. * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 505 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - The Patapsco River near Elkridge below Patapsco Valley State Park has reached minor flood stage, of around 19 feet at 440 PM.
