* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Northern Franklin and Northern Oxford Counties.
  In New Hampshire, Northern Coos, Northern Grafton and Southern
  Coos Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
