THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10
  inches possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Hampshire and south central,
  west central and western Maine.

* WHEN...From Late Wednesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute Thursday.
