* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Central Penobscot, Central Washington, Northern
  Washington, Southern Piscataquis, Interior Hancock, Coastal
  Washington, Southern Penobscot and Coastal Hancock Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and
  powerlines. Power outages will continue to occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
