This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Maine, south central Maine,
southwest Maine, western Maine, New Hampshire, central New
Hampshire, northern New Hampshire and southern New Hampshire.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A storm will move south of New England late this week. As
precipitation spreads north into a seasonably cold air mass, a
changeover to snow is likely. This system has the potential to bring
the first accumulating snowfall to areas south of the mountains. The
current forecast is for lighter snowfall amounts but the first
snowfall can often take people by surprise and impacts are often
greater than mid winter.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
